Galway Lions Club Annual Golf Classic

Every May, the Galway Lions Club hosts its much-anticipated Annual Golf Classic at the prestigious Galway Golf Club in Salthill. This exciting event brings together up to 40 teams of four golfers per Team, generously sponsored by local businesses and individuals, to compete for fantastic prizes donated by Galway’s vibrant business community.

It’s more than just a great day of golf, it’s an opportunity to make a real difference. All proceeds go directly to charitable causes supported by the Galway Lions Club.

Making an Impact Year After Year

2022 Supported Ukrainian refugees settling into the Galway community

2023 Donated €10,000 to Lions Club International Foundation for North Africa earthquake and flood relief.

2024 Raised over €10,000 for local causes

2025 Contributed €10,463 to Childhood Cancer Ireland.
