For the past several years Galway Lions club have been providing an annual grant of €5000 to University of Galway (U of G) and Atlantic Technological University (ATU) to aid student who have financial difficulties accessing third level education.
- University of Galway access program utilise this grant to provide students with funds on an needs bases during the academic year.
- Atlantic Technological University access program utilises our grant to provide funds of €1250 to 4 students who require financial help
